Legal basis: the processing is necessary for the execution of a contract of which the interested party is a part or for the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the same.

The interested party is obliged to provide personal data.

Possible consequences of failure to provide personal data: Prevent the completion of the contract or the provision of the service requested by the interested party.

d) RECIPIENTS

Exclusively for the purposes indicated above, the data will be made known, as well as to the competent internal personnel units, also to external collaborators in charge of their processing, the list of which is available at the headquarters of the owner.

e) TRANSFERS

There are no transfers of Personal Data to Recipients outside the European Union.

f) DATA CONSERVATION

All personal data provided will be processed in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, correctness, relevance, and proportionality, only with the methods, including IT and telematics, strictly necessary to pursue the purposes described above. In any case, personal data will be kept for a period of time not exceeding that strictly necessary to achieve the purposes indicated. Personal data whose conservation is not necessary or for which conservation is not envisaged by current legislation, in relation to the purposes indicated, will be canceled or transformed into an anonymous form. It should be noted that the information systems used to manage the information collected are configured, already originally, in such a way as to minimize the use of data.
